Hi. I’m Tanika LaRosa Finney. I became a Personal Family Lawyer because I wanted to provide my clients with an experience crafted with them in mind.

I’m here to help Montgomery, Alabama families and business owners navigate the maze of legal and financial decisions people face.

I focus on Life and Legacy Planning and Kids Protection Planning.

Whether you are looking to protect your assets for yourself or starting to create generational wealth to pass on to your children and grandchildren, I will help you get organized and craft a plan that achieves the goals and desires of your loved ones today and in the future. I believe that life should be fun and people should be able to live and love the life they want through legal life and legacy planning.

I love educating my community on the topics of protecting your children and the importance of Life and Legacy Planning. I am an active member of Montgomery Lions Club, Montgomery Women of Good, Gospel Tabernacle Church, Alabama Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program.

And, most importantly, I am married to William Finney, Jr, and we have two fur babies – Boomer and Bishop. I was born to Larry and Mattie Lakes in Albany, Georgia. I have three sisters, one brother, four nieces, three nephews, and one great nephew.
